Tundra air vent problems

White 08 tundra trd 5.7

Hi again. I’m having a problem with my air/heat vents. It’s stuck on defrost. Toyota of newbern assured me that it was the airmix servo. $159.00 for the part. Easy fix. Once you pull the center console.. didn’t fix it the defrost vent blows hot air on the passenger and cold air on the driver when the ac is on and heat on both sides on heat. Any thoughts. I’m thinking... that it is the dash control unit.?? Just seems weird the defrost is stuck on hot on the passenger and normal on the driver?? Thanks again for any input..
