Massages Anyone?

If you do it routinely you don't feel that way. You felt worse because outta like going back to the gym after a long time or just starting. It gets better every time you go as long as you do it routinely.

 

Used to get them every week when I was playing college and arena football

 

I've had quite a few deep tissue massages....I've only had one person who would actually go deep enough to give my muscles any relief (MINDS OUT IF THE GUTTER!! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE). The others were like tease me massages. Too bad that individual is down on the border. 9 hours for a massage is a little ridiculous.

Yes. For me it’s about pain relief. I have damage to my shoulders and lower back. A good Asian deep tissue with forced stretching. I ask them to work deep into front of my shoulders till I am almost into tears. It breaks up the scar tissue/ arthritis.. Then feels a lot better afterwords Works wonders for me. But is expensive. So lucky if I can get it every 3 or 4 months

 

lol.. I have had that happen it sucks and they don't understand a word your saying I left that place feeling worse than when I got there shit come to think of it my shoulder still hurts not sure what the hell she was doing

 

I thought asian massage where pretty cheap? Even 2 for 1 specials?

 

yea what ever you do don't go to one of those small places with sheets covering all the windows I did that once in vegas and dam near got a digit slipped in for free

To this day I’ve never had a massage or been to a chiropractor. Never had any reason to.

 

I have a reoccurring problem behind my shoulder blades. It hurts so bad sometimes and it will switch sides. I use A device similar to this to help break up the scar tissue.

That’s pretty much what I said when I received it as a gift from my MIL. But it does work because nobody knows where the exact spot is like you do. With the shape of it you can get to any spot on your back.

Like a good mechanic, a good massage therapist is invaluable. My therapist has carte blanche to go after anything she feels like needs working on. Like some have mentioned above about feeling worse after it is true that sometimes you very well may have had an inexperienced person OR that the toxins released from massage are giving you ill effects. Epson salt bath soaking after the massage and drinking lots of water are recommended.
