    K tnx for info. I'm already wired for aux lighting in back by both reverse and in cab switch. Just got to figure out what I'm going to put back there. A cheap temp under rear bumper, or go all out on some Baja designs squadrons or s2 into a permanent mount position.

    I can see for miles with the 2 pods I have in the tow hitch now. However, I'm pretty sure I will be selling in very near future since I just dropped price to $200 for the whole setup. I've been spending the last 4 hrs answering questions on fb about it to people saying they interested in buying my setup. Yes the 1 I just installed days ago and hating myself for having to sell it now.

    I'd get better reverse lights first, like those ones, then see where you need to go from there. Those might be all you need.

    I don't know how much they gonna help though when I already got this tinted section. That plus already having wiring done makes me think don't waste on stock housing reverse bulb, spend on lights to already ran wires. Now that I was able to put truck in park, get out, and walk back to trailer to unhook everything at night and being able to see everything as if it was day, is a feature I'm not willing to give up by simply pushing the in cab switch. I got it hooked both to come on in reverse and by push button. After having this option to light up the night behind me and still get out truck in park, is something that is huge for me. Now I got a taste I can't give that up.

    Yeah not a fair comparison, all that light is coming off the 2 pods in the tow hitch. U can see it in top pic. The bottom pic tinted reverse does not help getting light back there. The last pic is the reason I must sell it. Look at my rear tire tucked in. There is a heavy dose of this type of towing for me. It don't help to tow in these terrains with a good size drop. On road it was perfect, off u can now see how likely it would be for me to drag the shank or even worse get caught up, bend metal ect...

    For sure I do, only question is put in a cheap temp for now and upgrade when better time financially. Or do it right once and figure out how to pay for it later. Not usually my style.

    I figured the new bulbs I got were good enough. And I needed money for my 2018 led headlights lol. I'll tell you that they seemed well built and solid but after seeing your pic of those hitch lights....you'll want better ones than what I got. I doubt they'd be half as bright as what you're replacing

    Not sure what the window track that the glass lays in looks like on these trucks. But I had an issue similar to that in my 64 olds. I pinched the track a little tighter before squeezing the piece of rubber and glass into it. I think I used a glue but I can’t remember. I want to say it was some type of RTV glue. Maybe specific for windows and glass.

    It's super easy to take apart on ours, the window sits on two black plastic clips that are clipped to a scissor bracket in those black clips filled with some type of hard rubber glue, the window came undone from that, so I went to a auto store and got a 5 or 10 min black epoxy, held til yesterday, 1st time it happened a month or two ago

    I think you need something super sticky but flexible.

    Well I bought my '18 Tundra 3 weeks ago and have slowly got a few things done.
    1. Installed OEM Tundra bedmat
    2. Switched out antenna for 6.75 stubby
    3. Added console tray
    4. Switched stock SR5 honeycomb grill to Limited chrome grill
    5. Switched stock flat black door handles to Limited chrome handles
    6. Added Weather-tech in-channel wind deflectors

    Still to do...
    -Switch stock mirror covers to chrome covers
    -Add flat black distressed flag decal to both sides

    Wanting to do when :spending:allows...
    -Drivers O-Shit handle
    -Step sides
    -Change wheels and tires
    -Tonneau Cover
    -CAI
    -Rear sway bar
    -Autostart

    Just turned 2k miles, and decided to make some changes:confused:. Not much done today, this will take a week or so. Replacing bumper light bar with 32” 180w dual control light to match the ditch lights, and new black bumper ends. Wednesday starts stage one of my front suspension upgrade, Fox extended travel coilovers, and TC adjustable heim uppers. Stage 2 won’t be done till late summer/fall, secondary mounts with bypasses.:)
