Headlight removal w/ flares

2015 tundra platinun

BED 4.5 lift, 35x12.5R20 nitto ridge grapplers, full header back exhaust, intake, MX4 tonnoeu cover with toolbox, custom headlights/tail lights, fab fours vegeance bumpers

Thinking about getting some fender flares. Do I need to remove the front 2 if I habe to remove my headlight assembly or can I access the 3rd mounting bolt behind that little panel below the light? Or do y'll just leave that bolt out? Or would I have to take the flares off just to remove the headlights?

Welcome from Texas, remove the first 3 or 4 bolts on flares to remove HL you don't need to completely take off
