Can anyone recommend smaller bumpers front or rear. I’m trying to shorten my Tundra length and fit it in my garage. Every inch counts. Keeping my Tundra in the garage is of the utmost importance. Thank you

    Lol.

I had this same problem. I removed the original front bumper and built my own that had no snout.

Reminds me of somehing I read a while back.
One solution was to "shorten" the truck by installing ramps in garage to drive front wheels up on. The vehicle gets shorter as its plane changes. You could test theory with regular ramps then maybe build/construct something more permanent.
Of course this may not work well with lifted trucks.
