Just over four years. 20 years as a plumber.

Yeah we have basically the same thing. I’m going to look into buying a few years retirement. They’ve changed a few things before I got here but it’s still pretty nice.

You'd be surprised what you can do. I used to have a pretty intense fear of heights - until I started rock climbing. I still get a little leary in certain circumstances, but overall I do pretty well now. Actually, the picture on the right is me finally getting a nemesis climb locally. About 1 year prior to that picture, I took a pretty big fall a little above that same spot. It wigged me out pretty good and I quit climbing for several months. But the rock kept calling me back.

Unfortunately, I haven't been climbing regularly for about a year now - been struggling with some feet issues that make it difficult to climb. But, I still like getting out - it just hurts like hell now.

I honestly do where the mask and goggles almost every time I’m working on the property (seems like daily) and they work perfectly! Thankfully I don’t have neighbors that can see me lol

One more - first BlackTail while the daughter was with me last year.
She’s 9yrs old and put down 8 miles a day two days in a row in the pouring down rain. She was a trooper.


And a few when she was younger.

And she hit the target at 75 yards ;-)

Actually he eats those squeeze packs with fruit and vegetables in them. Kind of like a large tube of toothpaste. I make fun of him when he eats those, looks just like a baby.

I have the older model - CRF1000. I spotted a heard of elk 1.5 miles away a few years ago and tracked them down 6hrs later and took a cow with my bow. That hunt was successful just because of this rangefinder (so I tell myself) LOL! I love it.
My buddy has the CRF1600 and it’s really awesome!
Eta - make sure you check the Meters vs Yards! 2 buddy’s spent a day dialing in their bows because their Leica came in Meters from the factory (bow pins were yards) LOL I was cracking up.

Yea, and on the kids - they love the venison too which is cool! Their favorite is deer nachos - (or elk).

 

I have the CRF 1600 and love it.
