You guys put sensors in your 5th wheel to rotate in your spare?

I thought the sensors came on the spare wheel. Had a car a while back that showed the warning when my spare got low. Not sure on the Tundras

Ok my bad fellas I did not specify. I'm referring to my spare that I bought to match the rest. My question was are they buying a 5th sensor to go into the wheel and tire and just having it reprogrammed once rotated in? Or just going without it? I'm sure it would trip the tpms light.
