    LMAO not a chance

you can get into a 2015 5.7 for that. Mods dont mean squat, besides lowering the value and shrinking the buyer pool to almost nothing.
his truck will be worth less than any 5.7 SR5... simple as that.

the guy who buys his truck will be the guy who cant afford 4x4 but wants it bad enough to sacrifice the motor and trim level. his truck will be a 'deal'. there is no shortage of 5.7 4x4s limited and up trims on the market to pick from in the low 30's that have not been molested (as an added bonus).

Wow, you sound like everyone in the world thinks exactly as you do. A modded truck may shrink the buyer pool but he's not selling his truck to everyone. He's selling it to one person and there are plenty of people looking for a modded truck. Especially one done tastefully like Joe's. And a lot of people buying a used truck don't even know there is a smaller engine in the Tundra. Not sure about New York, but that truck would sell here for $30k pretty quickly.

lol i have a bridge to sell you

im not the only one cause there are many other people in this thread saying the same thing, because they are right.

the $21,000 from the dealer was spot on. not because they are looking for a sucker, it's because they have a business to run. the truck cant be sold CPO, and the best a dealer could prob get for it is high 20's. its not personal, its just business.

There is not a truck like yours within 300 miles, and mostly over 500. Out of these two, one is on crack.

    Nation wide...

I don't mod trucks at all for the most part. I will add steps, mud flaps, interior mods like floor mats, tint, etc. I will put on better shocks. I use my truck for working, as it was designed to do. Start adding lifts and big tires, it takes away from the whole purpose.

Now most of you have seen my Jeep, so modding is not out of my blood, just out of my purpose purchased vehicles.

The truck booked for 27150.00, and I'm pretty sure 30K could be had rather easily. I would not go to a local dealer...period. Go nationally by one of the many sites available to sell vehicles.

Beautiful truck and that color is super hot.

I'm curious what you did on the audio upgrade. Do you have a pic or two of what you did? I dont like the factory Toyota interface or functionality and the touchscreen is circa 2009 technology. Looking for anything better to replace it with.

You got some great advice. Your aftermarket upgrades are excelllet but some aren't willing to pay for them. So the more pricey stuff you can easily sell should be removed to sell. Caax might give you a bit better price than a dealer but it has to be an near excellent condition . Tires and wheels should be removed as well unless you dont have the original wheels from Toyota.
