I have a 2011 TRD double cab and put bilstein 5100s all the way around and fronts on highest setting with BFG AT KO2s 275/70/18s. Had an alignment done shortly after the install but now I am having a fair amount of vibration and noise at highway speeds in the front end and the front tires are not wearing well. I had the tires re-balanced when I had the first rotation done but that did not change anything. Is there a different alignment spec that should be used for this suspension setup? I've seen people talking about road force balancing on other forums but I dont know anything about it or if this is how my local tire shop is doing it. I need to get this corrected and any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Road force balancing can't hurt and may solve the problem.

Road force balancing of the tires ^^^
Some have had issues with road forcing the KO2’s.
