I dropped the Tundra off for maintenance today. In the past, I’ve suspected that my tires hadn’t been rotated, so I drew an X in the dirt on one of the wheels so I’d know if it was moved. I picked it up, and went to lunch. I remembered to check when I was at the restaurant. It had been rotated, along with a little message telling me I wasn’t the first one to think of it....

I bet if you didn’t market so obvious there’s a good chance they wouldn’t of rotated them. Next time be more discrete LOL.

    Some stuff
i always tell them not to worry about rotating the tires. i've got a 5 tire rotation that i've done myself since my FJ. doesn't take too long and then i know they're in the right places.

You just gave me an idea! @War Machine If I mark the inside of my wheels with number 1,2,3&4 I can always know what rotation they were in before and after they rotate them.

I use a black sharpie on the the inside of the tire. Good to see they have a sense of humor.

Try spraying this on your rotors, scrub with a corse brush and rinse. They will look like new.

Between @War Machine & @SouthBoundSteve suggestions I’ve made my own detail supply shop now. My neighbors always ask if I want to detail their cars.

What they actually did was remove all four tires from the wheels, swapped them and then put them back but now only the wheels were rotated and not the tires, making it appear as if they'd been rotated. Happens all the time. What's worse, sometimes they do this with other people's tires, putting them on your truck. Did you check the size of the tires? You could have MINI Cooper tires on there.
