I'm having an issue with techstream and can't get connected to my 2018 tundra. I have tried two version of software on two different computers (IBM thinkpad and a surface pro). I even ordered a second cable, all which have the same error message. See attached screen shots.

If I’m understanding correctly, your issue is that you have only installed Techstream, but not the drivers for your cable. Techstream does not include the drivers, though it may be on the same disc if you got the software on a disc packaged with your cable.

Xhorse drivers are the issue here...or lack thereof

I have installed the drivers. Both the ones that came on the disk and the xhourse one I pick up on this site. It appears that the program tries to load and a screen try to open then closes very quickly and the error screen opens.

I have tried both and get the same error page using either one.

Its probably your firewall on the computer blocking access. Try tirning it off temporarily while you connect.

Maybe delete the xhorse drivers and reinstall?
