Tire pressure monitor/ navigation system help needed

Got my new 2018 Tundra! two questions
1. How do you view tire pressures?
2. How do you turn down the volume if the navigation system?

tire pressures on mine (SR5 TSS) I use the control on the right side of the steering wheel to page right or left to the required screen then from there you can page up and down to view different things.

Don't use the nav on mine so don't know how to adjust volume. I use Waze app on my phone. way better than any vehicle nav.
