I want to get the TRD PRO grill for my 2017 Tundra. Not sure if I want to go black or blazing blue pearl. I think the black is glossy and i don't think that would look good with the matte black badges? Any thoughts? Pictures would be great. Thanks Scott 20180306_095834.jpg

I would stick with blazing blue pearl think it would look cleaner

Color match IMO. Then can have the black center and get black Toyota decals or pearl blue decals to make that front really pop.

TRD Pro grill 14-17 doesn’t look like it comes in blue, just the bulge. It’s going to start looking dated too as honeycomb sweeps the land.

I’d say get the blue bulge and update to the 2018 look with the corresponding blue 2018 TRD Sport grill 53101-0Cp30-J0 (add emblem/small trim part), or wait for the 2019 TRD Pro grill if you’re going to paint it anyway.

And yes you’re correct, the Black 202 frame on the 14-17 TRD Pro grill is too glossy (I have it), it’ll look out of place on a blazing blue body.

The 2019 TRD Pro grill only comes in black, white, voodoo blue.

he could also find a color matched grille surround, buy pro grille, remove the middle insert and swap it over.

I believe this is one of the colors @Roman can't match anymore; might have to be custom painted. He can confirm if that is the case.

If you did color matched bulge, TRD Sport grill, bumper, mirrors and 2018 LED headlights ;)
(I’d skip the fake hood scoop)

I have a 2017 Tundra TSS, I’m looking to change out the front grill. Does anyone known if the TRD grille will fit without any modifications? Or any other mod suggestions would definitely help.
