JBL System on 08 Tundra

I have a non-JBL head unit in my 08 SR5. I am considering getting a used Toyota JBL head unit from another 08 Tundra and installing it in my truck. Does anyone know if this is a simple swap in terms of connectors matching up? I would also need a new trim piece - is this a simple after market part that is easy to find? Thanks.

Crutchfield does not sell OEM plates. The JBL radio appears to come with the trim needed. I just need to know now if the connectors are the same or if I need to track down a new connector to plug into the back of the JBL unit.

I have the same thing but mine is the base HU and I bought the jbl HU the connectors are different do I have to buy all th harness from the jbl equipped tundra

 

JBL has a different amplifier that runs all the speakers. I think the non jbl only runs the doors or something like that so no. I dont think you can plug a jbl into a non jbl truck.
