Hello I’m new to the forum and I’m currently interested in doing some upgrades to my truck. I have an aluminized exhuast that sounds great but now I wanna get lift kit I wanna get something that looks good but I can still used my truck with out it causing problems. What are some reviews on 3 to 4 inch lift kits. I’ve had problems in the passed with others trucks where the lift kit would cause the CV shaft to pinch the boot and letting all the grease escape

I’d stay away from leveling kits and bracket lifts if it were me, stick to lifts that have replacement coilovers and a shackle or leaf to lift the rear. @Toytec Lifts is a good outfit to talk to.

bracket lifts will allow you to retain factory driveshaft angles. I've seen people off road with bracket lifts too. Just a matter of preference.

Ok thanks I had a 93 Toyota t100 that was a tank with a 3 inch lift and trail digger tires. My uncle had the truck before me and he said it was an Add a leaf suspension with a spacer in the front but the angle of the cv shaft seemed to rip apart the rubber boots. I wanna get a kit for my truck cuz I’ve had 4 trucks and each had a lift that so that what I’m use to. I just don’t wanna blow apart my cv shafts with the wrong kits.

Ya I plan on off-roading I hunt trap and fish plus since my girl has a horse Ill meet up with farmers out there feilds to grab hay so having a lift it’s pretty beneficial. I don’t really beat on my truck It’s more of a crawling speed when I off-road at the most I’ll do about 15 or 20 mph max
