Suspension repair

Having problems with rack and pinion repair so far ive done the tie rods, ball joints, CV axle, struts.tires, rack and pinion has been done now my truck is still pulling left and right after alignment can anybody help dealership charge me $226 to tell me they can point to what it was it could be this or could be that rack is on warranty they said the rack had a little play so I went and trade it in the new rack which is only 2 weeks old power steering pump now has to be done because it burnt up my power steering pump but now it's all back together and when I turn the wheel it shuttering really bad and I'm not even driving I still have it up off the ground on jack stands anybody with some knowledge please help
