    It was a pretty easy peace of mind mod. If I would have just dropped the spare in the first place I would have been done an hr earlier. But my hard headed ass was like I got this my hands are small enough. Nope I dropped the spare. Smh

    I have big fat hands but I was able to pull it off without dropping the spare. I did a little curly cue then up to the crossmember for the bed over to the frame rail. Then routed it up to my driver side tail light like you did. I’m a plumber so I get pretty creative LOL

    Whoops I may or may not have just spent another grand today I said I wouldn't. Lol. Will post it up when each gets installed. Now for the next week or so i gotta make sure I can get the packages before the ol lady seems em. Shit the 1 bigger I even sent to a friend's house near work so I can grab it and throw in bed without anyone noticing. I can't be the only 1 who does things like this lol

    I've seen a ton of threads and pics on relocation. Why does everyone relocate to the area behind the tail light, which requires removing or working around the spare + removing the tail light? :notsure:Running mine up into the side of the bed side- easily accessible from the pop-off tops on the bed sides....

    I didn't drop the spare or find it difficult to work around. There are only 2 screw holding in the tail light and lots of places to zip tie hoses.

    Would u say it a perfect match to base, not like this?

    I did not remove my spare to instal the breather. The taillight comes out super easy too. One reason I went this route is because there was a write up on it and I liked it.

    As long as it eventually stabilizes you should be good. I had to add some to my wife’s 08XB a few years ago and it hasn’t changed since. Probably just a little air pocket or wasn’t quite full from the factory.
