Will the Bilstein 5100s front and back give a true level or will I have to add something else?

This is my friends 07. Stock springs and they are set on the 5100 shocks at the tallest setting. It’s pretty level if you ask me. It also rides very nice. No bouncing or wandering.

I've read some had problems with alignments and had to add a shim on the drivers side to level it...
