No. I got on here Monday, saw it wasn't to 20 and thought we missed the minimum because we were supposed to have 20 committed before it would go into effect. If you'll add me, I'll but this afternoon.

It let me order with 15% off and $20 shipping but when I added a shackle the shipping went to $28. So didn't need to be on the list to get the 15% and $20 shipping. I was just wondering.

 

But you do need to be on the list to be able to add the shackle without additional shipping

The coupon code doesn't account for stacking a shackle to the order, the vendor will refund you the price of the added shipping if you decide to purchase both
