Bought a set of 1" rear blocks off eBay, cost was $53 with free shipping. Says they are made in the US, they seem to be good quality and the U-bolts are cadium plated with nylock nuts and thick washers. I have 5100s on the front on the middle setting and wanted the rear just a little higher. I put them on this past weekend, took about an hour and half. The fit of the blocks and U-bolts was perfect, only difference other than the longer length of the U-bolts was the nuts were 22mm instead of the stock 19mm. No issues with vibration or anything on the highway after the install.
