    I've tried searching and didn't find what I was looking for. So, are the stock Pro black wheels the same specifications as the stock 18" wheels on the SR5 (minus center cap and color)?

    I think you both are referring to the TRD off road wheels. Not the base steel SR5’s.

    But the answer is still “yes”.

    TRD OR wheels + Black Powder Coat = TRD PRO wheels.
