Check out this GhettoCad drawing. I am finalizing the electrical for my build and here is what I came up with.

From the front to the back.
    1. The Warn comes with 2ga. wiring so keep that.
    2. 2/0 from the Front battery to the ML-ACR (500 amp solenoid)
    3. 2/0 from the ACR to a 600 amp bus bar for distribution.
    4. 2 or 4 gauge from the Bus to the 150 am distribution panel (I have some left over 4ga)

***2,3,4 are within 6 inches of each other.

    5. 4/0 from the bus to the rear battery.
    6. Then the provided 2ga cables for the rear winch.

I think I can get by with 2ga instead of the 2/0 and that's the main question because the amperage charts are all over the place. My concern is that if I have to link the two batteries together for a long pull, then I'll need the 4/0's capacity because of the length of the run.

The "rear" battery is going to get tucked up under the passenger B pillar on the inside of the frame. I think I have just enough room.

I trust blue seas the most out this bunch. The winches peak at about 380-420 amps of draw on the worst of murphy days.

Choosing wire gauge is almost always a clusterfuck. I did all my maths and ended up choosing 00 as well. When it arrived it had this chart printed on it.

That was waaaaay above my needed 200 or so amp requirement for 12 feet. I dropped to 2ga after reading more and finding that the best chart is the cable manufacturers published rating for whatever cable you’re buying.
