    Hey guys,

New member here with a 2014 Platinum. I'm on TT but I figured I should join this forum too since I often browse here as well.

I got a great deal on my truck purchased this year as a leftover 2014, and I started modding it with mostly TRD stuff right away. Here's what I've installed so far:

    TRD supercharger
    TRD Pro suspension
    TRD Pro skid plate
TRD rear sway bar/Sequoia front sway bar
    Coachbuilder +1 shackles/poly bushings
    Method NV, 20x9 with 305/55/20 Nitto G2

I've also put in the ESP underseat storage and have purchased some Philips LED's for the headlights and fogs. And I also installed the JBL upgrade from OEM Audio +, which really helps with the door speaker rattle and overall better sound.

Love the truck and look forward to many more years with it!

    Mike

    Hey Sean,

I bought parts for adding the driver's side grab handle, and I'm thinking about dipping my grill when I install the LED headlights/fogs. I recently pulled up next to a Tundra that looked very much like mine (lifted white Platinum), except he had fender flares, a Pro grille, and retrofitted headlights. I really liked the retrofit but it's hard for me to justify the price of doing one. So far, aside from the wheels of course, I feel like I've spent money on mostly functional mods. At least that's what I tell myself!

Btw, love your build, particularly the LED light bar. Looking at your truck made me remember that I also installed the Pro shift knob. Such a great improvement in feel vs. the stock banana shifter.

Thank you and great color! I'm currently working on securing a S/C as well. :)

There's a thread on TT, Roman of Toyota of Cool Springs still has some in stock. Under $6k shipped to your door, supercharger and fit kit. Best price I've seen from a reliable vendor. The new Magnusson superchargers without the CAI are $7k, and you'd have to go Unichip with those.
