    LMAO. I fall for this when I was a teen. It was called the Tornado fuel saver then. I put it in my first Tacoma and had routine service scheduled a few months later at a Toyota dealership. The tech came out of the shop area with it in his hands to ask me what the hell this thing is. He proceeded to laugh and walk away shaking his head.
