Got in on the preorder/group buy of the +25 SCS Ray 10's. So now I'm working on determining what tires to go with. Considering wrapping them in the 35x12.5x18 BFG KO2's. I know they are on the smaller side of 35s so I'm curious if the BMC/CMC is actually required for this sized KO2.

The few I reached out to said they had completed the BMC/CMC before having them installed them so they were unsure if it was really required or not.

You’d be fine without a chop. +25 is the happy spot for our trucks.
If you take it off road then consider a chop. But you should be fine without on the pavement.

    I ran +12 rim 35x12.5 ko2
Stock uca with caster set to 2.2ish
I was ok on the streets lock to lock.

Yup @TRD PRO 17 listen to the man @dcsleeper408
Words of wisdom there... I think you should be fine with that offset and stock arms too.

    Good to know!

I have the CB shims and shackles right now. When I install the wheels I'm going to add his steering kit and JBA UCA's. Think the UCAs would cause any fitment issues?

Nope no fitment issue to worry about.. having the uca will help with your alignment.
