Was messing with my fuses because the windshield wipers stopped working. Replaced it bit now my windows will not go up and down. Also my power steering icon popped up on my dash. Could this be a relay problem or I bumped some other fuses?

There is probably another fuse. There are a mess of them under the hood and a small bunch in the cab under the dash above the Park Brake. What's strange is the power steering icon, in my reading I've only seen it in reference to Sequoias. Apparently they have a little extra boost to the power assist for steering and there's a sensor for it. Maybe this is on the 4X2 Tundras as well?
