Retro's or '18 Headlights

    Bilstein 5100 top setting Coachbuilder .25" Shim SPC UCAs Bilstein 5100 Rear
    Which ones? Cost would be similar seeing as with the 18s I would get the fogs too. Lights would go on a 16 Platinum.

    I would also get the pro grill to go with either.

    retros will have better output, 18's will give you that oem look.
    someone made a nice chart of the comparison

    The 18s don't seem to have nearly the output as a good retrofit. But they do look pretty nice. If I had the spare cash I'd go with an LED retrofit from @eledobleu
    They are plug and play and put out more light than the 18s, newer technology than HID retros.

    As far as fogs go, Idk about the 18s light output but I have seen a few guys here with @Baja Designs fogs and they are bad ass. I'd assume way way way better than the 18s.

    Go with the 2018 LED's they are nice. Forgive the wheels and tires, back to stock for the winter months, got to preserve the good ones from the salt.
