What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Stance looks good to me.

 

Well, if you're not sure you like a wide stance, that is pretty wide. It looks very aggressive (and good!) from the front. Looking down the line of the side of your truck, I agree it is outside enough that you could add flares to moderate it a bit. Usually I'm not a big fan of fender flares, but they'd go well with that set up.

I don't know much about offset, how the stance affects tire wear. Does everything fit well, no rubbing when you're turning in reverse? Asking because that stance would look great with more lift!!

(Now, where's that new action emoticon I asked for, with the money blowing away?)

 

Mine looked just about the same, threw on flares to protect side of body and they almost dead even now. I think if I went from 295/70r18 to some 35/12.5 r18 it would be perfect look. Just a tiny poke out from flares which is look I like. It's the protection they offer, plus tthe fact I paid 600 for them already is what keeps them on my truck. Many times I've debated and still do taking or leaving the flares.

 

Yes it does rub on sharp turns will have to modify the plastic cover by the bumper
I am not a big fan of a high lifts plus wife already complaining that the truck looks too tall Lol

Went fishing or tried to this morning. Boat had no fire. Dicked around with a battery swap and crossed connectors on kill switch. Nothing worked so I went him and installed my retrofits from eldobleu. Great mod and definitely one of my favorites. At the same time I fixed the bottom double row LED lght strip. I will never buy another Arsenal product not because of quality but the fact that their customer service sucks. I just have to do the DRL delete and get a inline wire splice for passenger side to get switchbacks to work. Late when I got done so not the best pic.

 

Hey Mike. These are 35x12.5/18s on 18x10 -24 offset mm970 rims. They were outside the fender ridiculously when I bought the truck (used). BW pocket flares balanced it out with just a little poke. Before and after pics.

 

Got up early before work and installed the trd pro grill. Huge difference. Major upgrade for $434. Thanks @Roman .

Put the tires on end of February and have only done about 4500 miles since. Look fine as of today.

 

Put on some Havoc HS3 polished hoop steps on the truck today . I like the chrome . Here's a pic for ALL the younger chrome haters. LOL Guess you can tell my age from loving the chrome .




Now for some nice wheels & possibly a Diamondback bed cover . Bob

 

That chrome will look good with the right tire/wheel set up. I like em.

Replaced the factory bumper and chrome bull bar with a Magnum bumper.

 

That's a nice understated and solid looking bumper. I likey.

 

Stocking stuffer from the wife, Pro Clip for my 17 CM and TRD valve stem caps.

 

Plasti-dipped the damn shiny cup holder surround. So many times the sun hits that thing just right and it damn near blinds me.

 

Started my project this afternoon! About to stay up all night trying to rip permaseal out of the headlight housings.

 

Picked up a new set of wheels and tires. Gonna powder coat these black.

 

Now THAT is a garage !
