I remember hearing about that case. Didn't they have a witty nickname for him or his defense?

His defense....his name is Ethan Couch....thus is what they used trying to defend him:

"affluenza" -- a term used to describe Couch's irresponsible lifestyle associated with his affluent upbringing -- and that irresponsible parenting had "strongly enabled" the accident, despite the fact that Couch had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit on the night of the crash.

I don't what your upbringing is....you have a choice on how to act and what you do. HE chose to drinking and then DRIVE. He killed 4 people because of HIS choices.

He was an asshole in jail too. Total prick....ran his mouth every chance he got.

@4x4_Angel Yup, that's the one! Affluenza. What a f*****ng joke, that makes my blood boil.

    I am with you, 100%.

I have so much to say, but don't want to go off here, so I'm going to stop now.

Nice. 10th Ave Burrito is a decent joint. Was at the Belmar Fishing club for a party. Hit me up next time you’re in town.

About to pull my hair out for the next 9 hours while driving my Father's Prius up to Chico. Would love to take the Tundra but 75MPG vs. 15MPG settled that one. :D

Been up about an hour myself, converting over to the day life. The fun part will begin in a few hrs at her side of the family Christmas deal. I'm not a sugar coater or good at beating around a bush, so playing nice for 5-6 hrs is going to be interesting.

Been bothering me that I was going to mount the remote gain controller for my amp in a visible spot. The big ass controller encasing was hideous. Decided a nice clean approach. I removed it from the metal case and mounted the internals below the cup holder. Im pretty happy with how it turned out.

Yessir. I was back as of last Monday. Still doing full body....upper body didn’t lose much strength, but obviously I’m going easy on legs. My cardiovascular levels feel like it’s day one again, lol. I need my endurance levels back.
