Ok after checking shipping for 2 people so far shipping it stupid expensive. $120 to Texas and $250 to California. To ship a full grill with surround and hood bulge is $102 from roman to California which is only 1 state over so people can get better shipping rates then I am getting which is why if you send me a label ill stick in on and mail it to you, no shipping cost needed.

This is the Toyota box that everything came in. Might be able to find a little smaller box that fits the grille center but it would have less padding.

Im in the Raleigh area of NC.

 

Try USPS in the smallest box you can find or make the box you have smaller and wrap it nice. I bet you can get it shipped for under $50. USPS should be able to tell you the box dimensions needed for cheaper shipping. UPS shipping on that should be around 70 or so. I've shipped one and had one shipped to me. Hope you find a way, someone will be getting a good deal if the shipping gets squared away.
