Which is why I like it! No more gadgets that what I need IMO. I want to drive and listen to music, not shop in the car with fancy apps that order Starbucks while you sit at a red light. Gas, brake, steering wheel and radio . . . BOOM! That makes me happy. Oh, and my bed stickers :D

    Just lights for now
Except for led lights, bigger tires, different rims, amps steps, remote start, bed cover and a few other items but definetly no Starbuck apps

    Good review.
I agree for 50k I'd expect the dual climate control and heated seats.

Like you don’t have a flux capacitor installed on your Pro. Pffft

whats funny is everything i read seems to have the "dual climate control" listed as a feature people want. i dont think that in my last 20 years of driving, with multiple vehicles having the feature, i have ever used the dual settings. now i will say that power steps are nice to have especially on a lifted truck with small kids. so yes i will be installing those in the near future. everything else is extra and not necessary
led lights, bigger tires, wheels ect... get changed and added to every different brand and trim of truck
i bought my pro for the exact reasons in that article: big, reliable and capable right out of the box

Never had a vehicle with dual climate control until we bought the Tundra. Personally, I always thought it was more of a gimmick than anything else. How can to zones that are right next to each other and sharing the same air space have different climates???

We'll, after having it for a bit I don't think I'd buy another vehicle without it. The wife sets her side, which is WAY different than my side, and everything is good. I don't really get it but it does work.

I used to think the same thing, and then I purchased my 12’ CM Tundra. That was awesome.

Now my Lexus and GMC both have it and wishing my Tacoma did as well.

Heated seats in TX unnecessary IMO. Dual climate control necessary for wife...solution w/TRD PRO, have wife ride with you as little as possible? If it’s not the temperature, she will find something else to bitch about. :notsure:

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
The first truck I owned (a 1950 3/4T ford) had a box underneath the glove box about 10” square that was the heater. I seem to remember it had a a lever to force air up to defrost the windows and a knob with 3 speeds for the fan.
I’m okay without heated seats and dual climate zones, and a heated steering wheel.
Maybe I’m just older’n dirt. I’ve been nicknamed “old school”, and don’t consider it as an insult.
