Harness kit for 2018 headlights

Hello everyone. I have two questions to ask if anyone can possibly help out. Thank you in advance.

First: I drive a Tundra RS5 2015. I am trying to switch out my headlights for the 2018 headlights. I will be posting some photos on how I’ve connected the kit. I just want to know if it’s correct.

Second: Do I need the flash relay to connect the harness kit? It did not come with the kit.
