Fab fours premium front bumper making a racket

I had a had fours premium bumper put on a few months back and it is driving me nuts. It has gone back to the shop 2x now for clunking and rattling noises. We think we have isolated it down to one final old bumper support bracket, so hopefully that fixes it. Anyone else encountering excessive noise with their bumper? Chatted with a guy at a gas station who had the vengeance front bumper and he said they had to bolt a piece of old tire between the bumper and some part to keep it from squeaking.... strange

Yeah I'd be taking it back to them to fix it...is it permanently gonna b ther? Weld it ? Hope it doesn't happen anymore
