2012 CM with JBL power problems

My 2012 CM Platinum with JBL sound with nav is having intermittent problems powering on when I start the engine. It won't power on about 50% of the time now. (it's been getting worse)
When I checked fuses, I found that #25 under the dash has no power at all. The fuse is fine. Also, the power ports, power mirror adjustment, memory seat functions are also dead. When the radio does power on, everything works as it should, including #25 fuse. Thought maybe the fuse/junction box under the dash might have a bad component in the circuit boards, so I replaced with a supposedly good used unit. It does the same thing. Wondering if anyone else has had issues with theirs? Local dealer says they rarely have problems with the fuse/junction box, they don't even stock them in the parts dept. Any advice or factory wiring schematics would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
