What is the benefit of a spring under? Are these better over the deaver K37 or the new U738(not correct I think)?

SUA Has more spring arch, allows for a more progressive leaf pack and more travel. A SOA on these trucks is good up to about 13" of travel but has pretty limited uptravel, a SUA set up is good to about 17" on these trucks and will have quite a bit more uptravel which makes a huge difference in off road performance. SUA requires alot more work though

Good point, I've seen them a lot on long travel trucks

    thanks man

badass, thanks for the info, so it sacrifices payload capacity or no? will it be a good option for a mid travel kit?

If I go with a SUA setup, do i have to change shocks too? I have oem kings all around, from what I'm gathering SUA is mainly used for high speed desert off road applications correct?

Yes, SUA will require all custom shock mounts. It is designed for the best offroad performance.
