I am thinking about adding one to my system - probably a single sub to give my new system a little more bass. What size have you been able to put in your DC? Is it aimed up towards the seat or towards the front? Suggestions would be appreciated.

I am going to try to get a JL Audio 8w3w 4 to fit under/behind the rear seat. It may be rear firing like the JL Stealthbox.

Most boxes for under the seat are 4 1/2 mount depth. That sub is a tad more.... 1/16 inch.

JL designed a box for the double cab for an even deeper 8" sub (6.5") that uses the "slope" at the rear of the seat to mount it and fire it to the back of the truck. Really pricey though.
