Finally got my tires put on. Didn’t require any cutting or trimming but I did have to remove the small factory mudflaps and the plastic that lined the front wheel wells. Not very excited about having to pull the liner, but it is what it is I guess.
I only have a few cm of clearance between the front tires and the rear edge of the bumper. I’m not sure if I should leave it the way it is, just do a little folding, or actually trim the edge a little. I’m not sure how much flexing the tire might do on a trail or at higher speeds, etc.

any recommendations on how much clearance between the rear edge of the bumper and the tire would keep me in the clear? I’m thinking like, an inch? Half inch?
    I really don’t know...

You can loosen the bolts that attach the bumper and slide it forward abut 1/2".

What happens in Reverse? It seems that no matter what I do I'm still rubbing liner

Have you slid your bumper forward? What UCA's are you running?

My liners are gone, so no rubbing when it’s in reverse, but I’m not a huge fan of the liners being gone because now the untreated side of the bumper is exposed to the elements, and the wiring harness is exposed. I’m gonna try to push the bumper forward enough that I can get the liners back in. I’d rather rub the liner a little than have dirt and snow and salt and shit building up behind the bumper and caking the wiring harness.
For some reason the pics I took won’t upload. I’ll try again in a few..

I’m running SPC UCAs that I ordered with my BOSS. I’m gonna try to slide the bumper today and see what I can get.

Good question. I was thinking the same thing.
And where are the bolts to loosen the bumper? Do I have to remove the skid plate to access them?
