…and just to prove that I AM a real tough guy..

I have a feeling that AWD sequoia transfer case is going to come in handy.. Or the spare block will end up with Sniv sooner than later..

I tore apart my tundra parts boxes looking for my spare set of fuel rails. I couldn't find them. Found a Flex fuel set on ebay for a decent price. Want to have another set in case the rails get fubar'd when I drill out the inlet/outlet for the AN fittings.

Are the FF rails different? I know the pump and FPR are; I don’t know anything about lines and rails, though.

As best I can tell they are. Except on the flex one rail has the flex fuel dampner or is it the additional regulator for the higher fuel pressure. At least that's what I was told. I'll see when it shows.

Additional regulator for the higher psi? Is this the one I should be using for boost reference or does it matter with the relay jumpered?

It doesn't have any ports for reference. The relay jumped for the return is where you want it. I just wasn't 100% what it's called. Believe it is a dampner.

Got the wobble in the pulley all straightened out. Runs pretty much dead nuts straight now.

In 2nd gear (might have been 1st too) when i'm romping on it, i'm getting some hesitation in shifting when i'm past 5k rpm. Its almost like it drops like 200 rpm then stays and i let off and it will shift. Anyone ran into this before? shifting below 5k rpm is perfect.

Most likely torque management. I had @snivilous remove it when he set me up.

^ I believe I've felt that sensation(torque management) once or twice as well.

On a side note how much tolerance and or noise should I/we be hearing from the Whipple's lobes and bearings?

Sometimes it sounds like my motor has a knock, but it obvious it's originating from lobe area of the SC.

I planned on reaching out to Whipple and atleast get the noise on record for warranty sakes.

Interesting. I noticed a similar noise when I fired mine up, but attributed it to the fact that I’d had a good portion of motor pulled apart aside from the blower install. I will have to fire it up and have a listen again. I do notice that this 3.0L blower sounds very different than the outgoing 2.9L, but I don’t think a knocking noise is supposed to be there.

Was it @armyoffoo who had a knock knock tappy tappy noise on his Harrop that turned out to be the intake runner spacers? (The spacers are not standard fare, but an entirely different part). Knowing how tight this blower fits in the valley, I would check for clearance around the blower, especially in the back of the motor. I noticed that mine was touching the big wiring loom at the back of the motor and I needed to bend some tabs to get some clearance.
