For those in need, 2012 tundra with shift on column, had non working dasaita backup camera with g13 head unit. To install head unit, pop the trim loose left of stereo and hvac controls, pull out cup holder from dash, tab on each side, remove slide by squezzing with hand so bottom and top clear to remove, two screws at bottom of cup assembly remove and two screws inside on top remove, then can access hvac tabs to remove, then can access four bolts at bottom of oem stereo to remove. Attempted to install dasaita tailgate handle cam. Wired red power from cam to back up light power, negative from cam to negative on light and red from yellow av to power on light. Plugged av into cam in on g13 unit, red wire from yellow av to wire labeled back on head unit. Would not work. Bought 25 dollar cam from Walmart and did the same and worked perfectly. Had canbus on 8 on head unit, reverse enabled, and front cam enabled otherwise if front wasn't enabled, fcam wouldn't show up on home screen. Had a bad dasaita cam. Hope it helps someone

Dasaita and there contact in California said it was wired in incorrectly, California guy said it didn't even need power to the cam.......hmm.
