I recently changed out spark plugs, tube seals, and valve cover gasket. When I put everything back together I inadvertently didn't fully connect the wiring harnesses to one of the coils and fuel rail on Bank 1. When I went to start the vehicle it started but ran very rough. Got out and found the two wiring harness that were not fully connected. Tried to start the vehicle again and it would only turn over but No start. I have checked the EFI relay is getting the correct resistance readings. Check EFI Relay sockets and only getting 12V for Pin 30 and 87. Checked fuses and I am getting only 12V on one tab of the 10A INJ fuse and barely nothing on the other tab. I was wanting to check the 40A Main but I can't figure out how to access it to check it. Kind of at a loss on this one as to what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
