2003 toyota tundra fl alt 100 amp fuze help me

    2003 toyota tundra v6 manual
    rebuilt engine- upgraded ing coils - exhaust - rebuilt transmission - some afermarket wiring -
    How do i remove this fuze it broke i have been looking everywhere on how to dissasemble the fuze box properly and get to the so called “ bolts “ wherever they are my trucj is running very badly ive replaced my alternator starter and battery and a shit ton of sensors because its running super raunchy dosent wanna stsrt my radio- dome lights - dash cluster - wont turn on or work and my alt fuze was blown and broken on the top how do i remove this please help me
