    When I did the brake line relocation I made this bracket using 1/8 in × ~1.5 in aluminum. I still have some. I will try to do a bracket for the thermostat using it.

    That seems like a lot of sealant on the oil pan; I mean I know you don't want it to leak, but aren't you just a little bit worried about some of that getting loose and into your system?

    Well, yes now I am worry about it lol. If some of that get into the oil, the oil picker has a pre-filter. If it pass that filter I understand it goes then to the filter in the front that should hold it? Does this make sense?

    The majority of sealant used, FIPG, on transfer case, rear/front diffs and pans usually just glob up on the inside lip and don't break off. But "usually" is used as not 100%.

    I had a bunch of it glooped on my pan from the factory so if they aren’t worried then neither am I.
