yes they would. That's exactly what i had. I put an aftermarket HU so i could run video to the front but they have DVD players in them and also have video Inputs so the current Headunit doesnt matter.

May be interested in the rear seat head rest monitors for my sequoia.
Can you play them on their own and how do you power them?
What year tundra did those come out of? My sequoia is a 2021, which is practically unchanged since 2008 lol

 

they came out of my 2012 tundra but theyre pretty universal. I believe i have a 12v cig lighter adapter for them but they have a hot wire and a neg so u just tap them into ur cig lighter or a fused source. they run independently but also have video in and out so u can run them off ur headunit or to ur headunit and split it pretty much unlimited times.
