I've search around and found a few topic on this, but nothing real clear. Has anyone modified their flasher on a 2.5 Gen for hyperflash on the turn signals? I don't want to install line resistors but would rather solder in some new resistors on the flasher circuit board. My front LED turn signal bulbs already have the resistors built in, so it's the rears that I need to fix. Not sure if one of these bars is for the front, and the other is for the rear so ultimately I would only need to replace the rear resistor. Anyway, let me know if you've made this mod and what you used. I believe these are called wirewound resistors and I'd like to use the same design but with a higher resistance. Also, I don't want to "shave" these down either.

Do you mind sharing what LED front turn signal bulbs you are using that already have the resistors? One of mine is out currently and I am getting the hyper flash..... well because one of the bulbs are out... LOL.... I'd love to take a look at the LED bulb and replace the current ones.

I actually ground down the two flat “wires” on the flasher module and that stopped the hyper flash; only works if you only have one set of LEDs, but since your fronts have built in resistors it should be good
