I think they are injection molded (but I could be totally wrong) - if they are printed or CNC'd then they probably can do it easily

Did some sketchy drilling on the bed last weekend, trying a mounting system for the dirt bikes. So far so good in testing, we will see how it goes. All in all pretty easy but composite is more like plastic I suppose.

Nice setup! Glad you made a video so that I can know where to put mine as I’ve been wanting to do that for two-bike setups in the bed of my truck. I still prefer to go diagonal when I have a single bike in the bed bc you don’t need that much tension in the ratchet straps with how my front and rear tires wedge into the corners of the bed.

I got one on Amazon that's just matte, no faux screws. Looks great. I'd put a link here if I had it, but should be easy enough to search.

I put in the 12 inch L-Track so that I could go diagonal if needed, however for me with the bed cover even rolled up and the 5.5 foot bed it is super tight to put the bike in diagonal. I think if I was really going to do it I would have put in 36” track instead of 12, I can make it work as is but it wont be ideal.

Have you seen these from Versatrax? They mount with the existing bed bolts. I have two of them for extra tie down spots.

I looked at those, very cool. For my application, 2 dirt bikes they didn’t work with the location of the bikes foot pegs and for tow bikes I needed four L-track mounts. If someone is loading one bike this might work. But that’s a pretty nice L-track mount for sure.
