It doesn't have to be 5 days a week, but it will be for a bit anyway.

It should be about that time wise give or take pretty consistently. As long as 1-10 isn't shutdown. Otherwise, I will have to take other routes. Those are longer for sure.

I would just suggest a few test runs from the actual location your thinking of, that’s 2 hours minimum a day, that’s pretty significant

    Either way good luck

I used to drive all the time. Didn't bother me a whole lot. Hopefully it still won't, haha. The gas cost, though, sucks! We're already well past the thinking stage, so it's too late now anyway, haha.

I'll be 50 here in a few months. For me, I can't stand living in a busy neighborhood in the city anymore. While technically we're outside the city limits in Casa Adobes, it's still the city as far as I'm concerned.
Which is funny, because when I was a kid, I hated living out in the middle of nowhere (at the time). My parents place is no longer out in the middle of nowhere, haha.

So, I can't wait to get out!

Northern Vail, kinda Rincon mountain foothills , 3200 ish elevation, I didn’t want winter which I was seeing more of when you went to 4-5k elevation

i really like the blend of being out away from things wide open with big lots but still close enough to be able to get things I need easy etc , way less traffic and complex roads etc out here

so these guys came through awesome with the recommendation!

Very cool, sounds like the perfect elevation.

Is there any trails out behind your house to check out?

hiking , biking , walking, or like truck driving trails?

I would guess so, but I haven’t had a chance to get out there yet, as far as bikes and walks, I’m not really into off-roading, I would be interested in a side by side someday

We will take you out. Sabino canyon might be a little ways away with tons of hiking trails. Or reddington pass/rd is a good spot for offroad trails and hikes; I think 7 falls is out there with a nudest area as well if that toots your flute!
