2024 Tundra 7000 miles I heard the whine on load at 75 mph from the get-go, Toyota couldn't confirm because they only allow test drives to speed limit. Had to get the service manager to take a ride with me, he heard the noise, they drained the rear end oil and found metal shavings (this was at 4500 miles) replaced the rear assembly should be good to go. Fast forward truck started to make the same noise Toyota said it was normal, dealership did me a solid and checked the rear diff fluid again and again they found metal shavings, now Toyota is fighting me about a replacement. This is my 4th tundra never a problem now it's like wtf, going to be driving to CA on Sunday with a trailer, if it blows up on the way I'm going to be getting a lawyer.
