Would one of you guys please measure the length of your Softopper bed rail and give the that number? A guy local to me has one for sale from his 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500. I think her said the bed length is 5’ 8”. With mine being 5’ 5” on my ‘21 CrewMax I wondering if his top will fit. Thanks all, as always.

If it's 3" longer it probably won't fit.

That’s what I’m thinking as well Corndog. The Chevy bed is a bit wider as well, so probably ng.

Call soft topper and see it can be easily modified with some affordable replacement parts from them. Might just get lucky!

Thanks 2mchfun but I hate to ask them the most cost efficient way of screwing them out of a sale which is why I didn’t post this question in the Softopper thread that I’ve gone through all 15 pgs. hoping someone else would have asked about adaptability between truck brands.
I may go see the local seller and ask if I mount it all up to see how off it is. It would certainly save me a bundle. It surprises me that none have come up for sale locally specific to Tundras, and I’ve been searching for a while now.

IMO, You wouldn't exactly be screwing them because you would be displaying their product in use and possibly telling others about their superior customer service, etc. They would be silly to view it differently.

I guess I can look at it that way…even if the fit isn’t perfect if I can score it for 350-400 in might be a good compromise.

Exactly! Now snag that deal if you can make it work. Also please post up whatever you figure out to help the next guy. Good luck!

Plan B for sure. Thanks. I would much prefer a tan top for my white truck, but like everything else, it’s a money thing.

Hey there! Thank you for your interest in our Softoppers! Unfortunately, those two tops are not interchangeable. The top for the 2014 is the old body style of truck, and we had to completely redesign this top to fit the 2019 and newer body style. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. If you ever find used tops in the future that you have questions about the fitment on your truck please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We are always here to assist you with anything Softopper!

@Softopper thanks for the info, and I’d be hesitant to bother you with a question that may not produce a sale, as I know how valuable you time is. Thanks for the kind offer though.
