The heat exchange came damaged and apparently was missing a bunch of other parts including the injectors.

I know Andrew at XAT had to email them and stay on top of them to get replacements shipped out ASAP.

Truck been in the shop for 7 weeks to get roof replaced from hail. Really missing it at this point. Have a 1500 sst rental but its to damn quiet although it's got some go. Tundra is rowdy in comparison.

A bit over 400 miles in consultation with @snivilous I decided to live dangerously & went wot, it feels good, shame it's 110+ which kills boost (6.5 highest I saw) Trans oddness gets better & then there is a weird upshift delay, hopefully it's almost all learned, temps are good & it has sub 2k Amsoil fluid.

I was thinking, seeing as the issue with the Viktor reservoir was causing a vacuum, can I plumb it sealed in & use the Magnuson reservoir as the fill/release as it's cap vents? If so would I just T in the big reservoir into the existing hoses?

In retrospect, I could have saved a bunch had I shipped it to him in December :(

I don't remember if the Tundras have the same issue, but the Tacoma's with the 750e/f transmission are notorious for having a 4th to 5th gear lag. OTT was able to mostly tune that out

You could probably just epoxy over that hole, sand it before, sand it after and give it a lick of paint. You can use both reservoirs in the loop, just make sure the Maggy res is the highest point for filling.

I filled it in when it seeped, which caused the vacuum. I'm concerned about causing flow issues. What would be the best way to route the hoses?

    Would be
Similar to what I posted earlier and there room by the radiator like the first 1900 location? I have that bracket if needed. It'll be above the pump and should be even with the return off the tank. The big tank might be a bit higher?

So, cut the hose currently going to the top of the SC, connect it to the top of the big tank, run the part going to the pump to the bottom of the big tank, and make sure the original Maggy reservoir is the highest point in the system.

I would route from heat exchanger top to SC intercooler driver's side, from SC intercooler passenger side to bottom port on big res, top port of big res to rear port of Maggy res, front port of Maggy res back to pump. Yes, make sure Maggy res is highest point.

You might also want to tilt the port-side of the big res up while filling, then lower and secure it after filling.

This is a rebuilt motor, not SC install. If I broke it in 1/2 an hour after being told to break it in, I'd have no warranty. I need a warranty this time, sniv just gave me a clean bill of health on my tune so it's game on!.

I didn't realize, but they forgot to install the bung and wideband. Any sense in doing logging without it?
