    Hi everyone,

I recently installed a replacement engine in my 2012 Toyota Tundra 5.7L, and after the swap, I’m getting multiple fault codes. I’m hoping to get advice on what might be causing these and the best steps to fix them.

    Codes:

    • P0705 – Transmission Range Sensor Circuit
    • P0102 – Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
    • P0113 – Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input

    Symptoms:

    • The 4LO light is flashing on the dashboard.
    • No noticeable loss of power, but the check engine light stays on.

    Background:

    • New (used) engine was installed recently.
    • Wiring harness and sensors were transferred from the old engine to the new one.
    • Transmission was not replaced.

    Questions:

    1. Could P0705 be caused by a misaligned or faulty transmission range sensor after the engine swap?
    2. For P0102 and P0113, should I start by checking the MAF sensor wiring and IAT sensor connections?
    3. Is it possible these codes are related due to a shared ground or connector that might have been left loose during the swap?

Any troubleshooting tips, wiring diagrams, or part number recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

Did you use the MAF sensor from the new engine or old engine? And what was the issue with the prior engine?
